We Ship UPS & United States Postal Service Daily
1. 15% shipping charges are automatically calculated unless otherwise indicated (oversize items/drop shipped items) Canadian and overseas customers will be contacted with actual shipping charges.
2. UPS air service available at additional shipping charges.
3. Upholstery kits are drop shipped and must be prepaid.
4. Back orders will be shipped as soon as stock is available.
5. Damaged parts: You, the receiver, must initiate the claim with the carrier.
6. Every part is SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you have a return, you must do so within 35 days of invoice date. Include a letter of explanation. You will receive a refund or exchange immediately. We do not reimburse for shipping.
7. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, UPHOLSTERY OR SPECIAL ORDERS.
8. NO RETURNS ON CARELESSLY HANDLED OR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED MERCHANDISE ONCE IN YOUR POSSESSION.
9. All returns/cores must be shipped prepaid to street address or to PO Box along with invoice number or copy of invoice.
10. All cores must be in good rebuildable condition or core charge will not be refunded.
11. Return cores within 30 days.
